Platiheal is a healthcare product of Platione Solutions Pvt Ltd. Some screens still use the Gripic name.
Urgent medical concern? Contact local emergency services or an emergency department. This help centre does not provide medical advice or emergency response.
Platiheal is the healthcare product of Platione Solutions Pvt Ltd. Some app screens and messages still use the Gripic name. Your patient workspace and your clinic workspace have different permissions, even when you use the same sign-in.
Browse public clinic and doctor information, then choose the appropriate patient or clinic registration. Available features depend on your account, clinic configuration and the current release. A demonstration or an empty page does not mean a service is active.
For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or attend an emergency department. Help, feedback, notifications and booking requests are not monitored emergency channels.
Use your own reachable email address or mobile number. Complete the verification step shown on screen; never share your password or OTP. If a code does not arrive, check the contact details and spam folder and use the resend option when available.
Choose patient registration for yourself or your family, and clinic registration for an organization you are authorized to manage. Existing users may have several workspaces; choose the correct family or clinic after signing in.
If access fails, check the selected workspace and contact support. Do not create another patient identity to bypass a role restriction. Sign out on shared devices and keep your device lock enabled.
The dashboard brings together shortcuts for appointments, family members, records and bills that your account can access. Check which family workspace and member you selected before starting an action.
An empty list means no accessible entries were returned for the current selection. It is not a statement that you have no medical history or no appointments elsewhere.
Use Family to add or edit a member. Check their name, relationship and other details carefully. Contact details can be optional for a dependent; do not invent an email or mobile number. An internal account identifier is not a contact address and cannot be used to sign in.
Act for another adult only with their authority and for a child only with appropriate parent or guardian authority. A family relationship or matching phone number does not give unrestricted access to another person’s clinical records.
Select the intended member before booking or entering personal records. Ask support or the clinic to investigate a duplicate or mistaken identity rather than overwriting someone else’s details.
Open Profile to review personal information, address and the emergency-contact selection. Keep contact information current so appointment communications reach the right person.
An emergency contact is someone the clinic may contact according to its procedures. Adding one does not create an emergency-response service or give that person general record access.
Review the settings available in your release. Device notification permissions can also be changed in your operating system. Turning off a reminder does not cancel an appointment.
For access, correction, withdrawal of optional consent or account closure, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Closing an account does not automatically erase records a clinic must lawfully retain; the privacy policy explains this distinction.
Use healthcare search and the filters available for specialty, service and location. Open a clinic or doctor result to review the published details and contact route.
A listing may contain provider-supplied or public-source information. A profile, digital-presence score or source link is not confirmation of registration, clinical quality, affiliation or booking availability. Confirm important details and fees with the clinic.
Use Book only where it is offered. Missing slots can reflect the selected clinic, location, doctor, date or schedule configuration. Do not interpret a public profile as a guaranteed appointment.
Open Appointments and check the patient, clinic, location, doctor, date, time and status. Use the appointment detail to review the latest information and available actions.
A submitted request, payment attempt, reminder or wait-list entry alone is not a confirmed appointment. Follow the status and confirmation shown by the booking flow and contact the clinic if uncertain.
Start from a consultation page or the new-appointment action. Select the correct family member, clinic location, doctor and available time. Review the fee and any payment requirement before submitting.
Clinics can use pay-at-clinic, pay-to-confirm or pay-to-book policies where configured. Follow the policy displayed for this appointment; no single payment rule applies to every clinic.
Availability may change before submission. If a slot is rejected, refresh availability and select another. If the result is unclear, check Appointments and payment status before trying again.
Check the appointment details, location and any instructions supplied by the clinic. Bring relevant records and arrive according to the clinic’s guidance. Ask the clinic about accessibility or preparation needs.
Only the actions offered for the current status and your role can be used. The appointment record is separate from the consultation order, payment and clinical findings; changing one does not always update every other record immediately.
Open the appointment and choose Reschedule if available. Select a valid new slot, review any clinic conditions, and submit once. Confirm the updated time and status afterwards.
If the action is unavailable, the slot is taken or the response fails, contact the clinic. Do not assume the original booking changed until the update is confirmed.
Open the appointment and use Cancel where available. Review the clinic’s cancellation conditions and verify the final status.
Cancellation does not itself prove that a refund was initiated or completed. Refund eligibility, deductions and timing depend on the disclosed clinic/payment terms and applicable law. Contact the clinic for its consultation charge and support for a platform payment problem; include the booking and transaction references, not full card details.
Use the payment action associated with your appointment and review the recipient, amount and displayed terms. Complete payment only through the supported payment flow. Never send an OTP, card security code or password to support.
After a failed or pending payment, check the appointment and payment records before paying again. A bank debit alone does not prove booking confirmation. Keep the transaction reference and contact support if status remains unclear.
Bills reflect the records made available to your workspace. Ask the issuing clinic to correct its invoice or treatment charge. Platiheal does not promise insurance reimbursement or cashless approval.
Where Notify me is enabled, register the requested availability preference. An alert is not a reserved slot, appointment or promise of priority.
Delivery depends on your contact details, permissions and communication networks. Check Appointments yourself and contact the clinic for time-sensitive arrangements.
Records can provide forms for your personal health entries where configured. Choose the correct member and form, enter accurate information and save changes before leaving. Review all screens before finalizing; a finalized record may require a separate amendment.
Upload only documents you are authorized to provide. Check the patient and file before uploading. A file may remain unavailable while validation or security scanning is incomplete; do not treat a failed upload as stored evidence.
Personal entries, clinic-authored findings and research records have separate purposes and access rules. The initial patient timeline does not automatically show all clinic-authored records. A personal entry is not a diagnosis, prescription or automatically shared clinical chart.
Open a visit to review the information available to your role. A visit link does not grant access to every clinical or research record associated with the patient.
Ask the authoring clinic to correct clinical content. Preserve the original record and use supported amendments rather than altering history. For an access or identity error, stop and contact support without forwarding another person’s document.
Choose a clinic you belong to and the appropriate location before opening its workspace. All locations is a deliberate scope choice where offered.
Clinical access follows active role and membership grants. An administrative account, a public doctor listing or an invitation alone does not establish clinical authority. If a clinic or tab is missing, ask your clinic administrator to check your current assignment.
Check the clinic and location shown before using dashboard shortcuts. Configure organization details, staff, locations, services and availability only where your account has the corresponding permissions.
Public profile publication, professional registration, staff membership and booking readiness are separate checks. Review information before publication and keep schedules and consultation fees accurate.
Search the clinic’s patient list and select the correct family member. Use Add Patient only when authorized, and check for an existing patient before creating a duplicate.
Use the visit or findings action for the selected patient. A contact-list row is not, by itself, permission to read or edit clinical records. The record service checks clinic, role, patient and encounter context.
Filter the appointment list for the intended clinic, location, doctor and dates. Open the appointment or patient detail from the result and confirm the patient before recording findings.
Use only actions enabled for your role and release. Add Patient is not automatically a staff booking wizard. A saved finding does not complete or cancel an appointment.
The patient workspace can show Overview, History, Investigation, Examination, Treatment, Billing and Follow-up according to your role. Select the clinical category and effective form available for the patient and encounter.
Save and review each screen. Resolve validation errors before finalization and use the amendment workflow for finalized content. An unavailable form may need a published assignment, specialty, location or project configuration; do not substitute an unrelated form.
Research requires a separately configured project, authorized audience and applicable approvals and participant consent. Inclusion is not consent or submission. This release does not provide automatic clinical-to-research copying, new enrollment or consent capture. OCR and AI autofill remain planned capabilities.
Use Settings only for the options enabled for your role. Ask an authorized clinic administrator to review active membership, clinical roles, specialty, location and published form assignments when an option is missing.
Do not share a login or change a URL to bypass access. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected] and do not include clinical files in an ordinary support message.
The digital-presence audit reviews permitted public website content and technical signals. A score reflects the measured website evidence and crawl coverage; it does not measure treatment quality or verify a professional credential.
An extracted doctor or facility relationship is a candidate for review. Review source evidence and correct inaccuracies through the supported profile or support process before publication. Claiming ownership and enabling booking require their own checks.
For a clinical question, preparation instructions, a consultation fee or an appointment change outside the available actions, contact the treating clinic. For a technical problem, email [email protected] or use the feedback page.
Share the page, approximate time, booking/reference number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unredacted medical documents through ordinary feedback. Support is not an emergency or medical-advice channel.
Pharmacy ordering, automated diagnosis, AI extraction, teleconsultation and ABHA/ABDM exchange are not promised by a menu label or roadmap. Use them only if separately launched with the required notices and safeguards.
Platiheal is operated by Platione Solutions Pvt Ltd. Review the healthcare terms, privacy policy and disclaimer linked below. They cover patient and clinic accounts, personal and clinical records, appointments, payments, public listings and separately enabled research.

Return to the site home or the menu for your current workspace. Check that the link belongs to the same environment and that you are signed into the correct account.
A missing page can mean a changed URL, a feature that is not enabled or an access restriction. Contact support with the URL after removing private query values. Do not share session tokens or patient details.
